📢 Nominations Open: Re-Engineering of UP Scholarship Portal 🚀
The Department of Social Welfare, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, through Innovation Hub, AKTU, has floated a problem statement for the complete re-engineering of the UP Scholarship & Fee Reimbursement Portal (scholarship.up.gov.in).
Navotthan Startup Foundation (Rajkiya Engineering College Kannauj) invites proposals from startups, innovators, and professionals to work on this high-impact state-level project.
🔑 Key Project Requirements:

Scale: System capacity to handle ~90 lakh student registrations annually across all 75 districts of UP.

Scope: End-to-end design, pilot rollout, statewide go-live, and 3-year AMC.

Domains Required: Software Development, AI/ML & Analytics, Cloud & Cybersecurity, and System Integration.
💡 Who Can Apply?

Startups, Innovators & Professionals with the capability to deliver at scale.

Must be DPIIT-recognized, StartInUP registered, and Udyam registered.

Must be registered in India (Apply through one institute/incubation centre only).

No Turnover/Experience Barrier: Prior turnover and experience are not mandatory under GFR 2017 relaxation. What matters most is designing for high uptime, scale, and robust security.
