🔑 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
▪️ Funding support of up to ₹40 Lakh per startup
▪️ Support for eligible Pilot Purchase Orders (POs) / Work Orders (WOs)
▪️ Equity capped at 3% of fully diluted post-money shareholding

DPIIT-recognised startups that:
✔️ Are incorporated in Tier-II or Tier-III cities
✔️ Are 1–5 years old with at least 51% Indian founder ownership
✔️ Have an MVP/working prototype and at least one full-time founder
✔️ Have a valid Pilot PO/WO worth ₹1 Lakh–₹1 Crore
✔️ Have cumulative revenue of up to ₹1.5 Crore
