✅ Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)

Entity Type: DPIIT-recognized Private Limited Company with at least 51% Indian ownership.

Location: Must be registered in a Tier-II or Tier-III city.

Sector/Domain: Market-ready tech product/software in MeitY-promoted domains (Deep-tech, AI/ML, IoT, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Fintech, Ed-tech, Health-tech, etc.). (Note: Pure service platforms are NOT eligible).

Funding Readiness: Must have raised external investment or hold a confirmed term sheet from a private investor (Govt. grants & FDI are not considered).

Exclusions: Must have no legal disputes, and should not have been previously supported under TIDE 2.0 (Scale-up), SAMRIDH, or active GENESIS EIR cohorts.
