On 05/02/2025, an insightful mentorship session was organized at Navotthan Startup Foundation, REC Kannauj focusing on the topic “Startup Legal Compliances: The Right Legal Guide”. The mentorship session conducted for aspiring entrepreneurs and startup founders as well as college students with essential insights into the legal framework required for running a compliant and successful business. The speakers emphasized the significance of adhering to legal norms to avoid penalties, lawsuits, and operational disruptions. Mr. Kawalpreet Arora stressed the necessity of well-drafted agreements, including co-founder agreements. He also shares his inghits on checklist of mandatory annual filings with regulatory bodies such as the MCA, ROC, and SEBI. CA Mr. Abhishek Iyer Discussion on different legal entities such as Sole Proprietorship, LLP, Private Limited Company, and their respective compliances. The MoU Exchange Ceremony was also celebrated at the end of the session. The MoU signed between Lefinex Services Pvt. Ltd. and Navotthan startup Foundation.
